BY ACCESSING AND USING CATCR3W MOBILE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO AND CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE CATCR3WMOBILE.

1. In order to use Catcr3w Mobile you are indicating that you are an employee of US Airways and are either a pilot, flight attendant (East operation) or authorized user of Catcrew.

2. Wifi or Wireless data connection required. Contact service provider to determine data costs, coverage area and availability. Connection speeds will vary due to location, environment, network conditions, and other factors. 

3. Service available within Wifi or wireless coverage area only.  Unlimited data plan recommended and may be required.

4. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.  Once an account is detected on an unauthorized device, that account will be suspended.

5.  Your account automatically renews on your renewal date, and your card on file billed the appropriate amount.  No action is required on your part unless your card expires prior to your renewal date.

6. Full refund within the first 30 days of service.  

7. A maximum of 3 licenses per user can be purchased.

8. A FLICA account with remote Catcrew access is required to use this service.

9. Your information is safe and secure here at Catcr3wmobile.  At no time will your email information be sold to another party.
